The first project alliance began in Norway

The first project alliance, the motorway project below Trondheim, has begun in Norway. In Norway, there are many upcoming projects and people are worried how to get employees to work for those projects. Many clients are considering to use the project alliance as a project delivery model. This could be a major chance to Finnish construction companies to extend their operations in Norway, because they are already familiar with the project alliancing.
